CrossFit Van Zandt has the best coaches and community. My first day of trying CrossFit I was amazed of how enthusiastic and encouraging everyone was, it's truly a feeling you can't get anywhere else. Here at CrossFit Van Zandt it doesn't matter how fit or in shape you are, you get the same encouragement and love as everyone else. With a membership here you not only get superior coaching and equipment, but you get a network of genuine and wonderful friends that extend outside of the box. Sam and Ashley are so caring, helpful, and genuine towards everyone. I love CrossFit Van Zandt and the community. By far the best box I've been too.
